Refund Policy

Every MounjaBoost order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, here is exactly how the refund process works.

1. The 60-Day Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. This applies to all package sizes — single bottles, 3-bottle bundles, and 6-bottle bundles.

2. What's Refunded

The product cost is refunded in full. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

3. Step-by-Step Refund Process

• Step 1: Email support@healthyconsumer.us with your order number and reason for return.
• Step 2: Our team will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return shipping address and a return authorization number.
• Step 3: Ship all bottles (used or unused) back to the provided address. Include the return authorization number on the package.
• Step 4: Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
• Step 5: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

4. Items That Cannot Be Refunded

The following are non-refundable:

• Original outbound shipping charges
• Return shipping costs (paid by customer)
• Digital bonus guides (which are yours to keep regardless of refund)
• Orders requested for refund more than 60 days after delivery

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it must be received and then returned through the refund process above.

7. Processing Partner

MounjaBoost orders are processed through BuyGoods, an independent third-party retail platform. Refund requests are coordinated through both BuyGoods and our customer support team to ensure timely processing.
